Payments

• All prices shown are inclusive of taxes and fees.
• Payment is due by the start of the session. Packages must be paid in full by the start of the first session in order for the discount to apply. Discounts will not be retroactively applied.
• Forms of payment accepted:

  • Credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Diners Club, JCB, China UnionPay)
• Cancelled (paid) bookings may be deferred for up to 12 months from the original scheduled session date.

The coaching services provided by Alison Foo/Mind Yourself with Alison (“Coach”) are intended to support the client’s personal and professional growth. The client acknowledges that coaching is a comprehensive process that may involve different areas of their life, including work, finances, health, relationships, education, and recreation. The client agrees that deciding how to handle these issues, incorporate coaching principles into those areas, and implementing choices is exclusively the client’s responsibility. Coach agrees not to disclose any identifying information pertaining to the client without the client’s consent. However, if the Coach believes the client is at risk of harming themselves or others, appropriate actions will be taken which may involve disclosing information to professional bodies or authorities, as per the legal requirements of the jurisdiction in which the service is provided or the client is located.

The Coach makes no guarantees or warranties, express or implied, about any results to be achieved. The Coach is committed to providing the client with a professional and effective coaching experience, but the success of the coaching engagement depends in large part on the client’s own effort and cooperation.

The client agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Alison Foo/Mind Yourself with Alison against any and all liabilities and expense whatsoever – including without limitation, claims, damages, judgments, awards, settlements, investigations, costs, attorneys fees, and disbursements – which any of them may incur or become obligated to pay arising out of or resulting from the offering for sale, the sale, and/or use of the service.

By engaging the services of Alison Foo/Mind Yourself with Alison, you acknowledge that you have read, understand, and agree to be bound by all the terms of this disclaimer and agree that it is as legally binding as a signed contract.
