Services

How my services differ from other coaches:

  1. My professional coaching integrates life coaching to holistically identify needs and tackle barriers. To achieve professional goals, we first need to understand how our personal histories shape our worldviews. This includes, but is not limited to, addressing burnout, systemic discrimination, neurodivergence, disability, imposter phenomenon, chronic illness, finances, personal relationships, etc.
  2. My approach is unique in that it focuses on increasing self-awareness and leveraging psychology to develop strategies, starting with an understanding of how you might be perceived by others.
  3. My goal is to teach you the skills and strategies that you’ll need for long-term success. That means that we likely won’t have a completed resume at the end of one session, but you’ll learn my unique resume writing strategies which you can apply to all job applications in the future.
  4. I’ve helped people with 0 years (students as young as high school) to > 40 years of work experience. I specialize in the following areas:
    • Scientific, clinical, research, and healthcare sectors
    • University/college science students (undergraduate, graduate, continuing education)
    • Postdoctorals (bench science, laboratory)
    • Newcomers (internationally educated healthcare professionals (IEHPs) and international medical graduates (IMGs))
    • I’ve also helped clients from the following industries: printing, IT, business intelligence, non-profit, marketing, education, manufacturing, biostatistics, actuarial science, market research, engineering, epidemiology, medical affairs, etc.
  5. I create a safe space for neurodivergent people, women and non-gender conforming people, BIPOC, POC, people with disabilities, and the LGBTQ2IA+ community. I practice equity, diversity, inclusion and accessibility, and I tailor my approach to meet diverse learning needs.
