RAS+C METHOD
The newest communication strategy for resumes, interviews, and professional communication. Details coming soon!

About Me
Hi, I’m Alison
I love teaching professional skills for careers, communication, and leadership! In fact, I created the RAS+C Method. I share unique strategies in a tailored approach through webinars, workshops, course development, lectures, and one-on-one coaching. My topics include, but are not limited to: people management, teamwork, networking, conversation, concise communication, conflict resolution, imposter phenomenon, resume writing, cover letters, LinkedIn, interview preparation, generative-AI, and clinical research.
I specialize in the following industries: scientific, clinical, research, and non-profit, but I’ve helped clients across many different industries. I’ve worked with students (high school to PhD), postdoctorals, marginalized communities, professionals, newcomers, and people with neurodivergence or disabilities.
I’m also a Professional Development Lecturer, Clinical Research Professor, Research Ethics Board (REB) Member, Stand-up Comedian, Project Manager, Board Director, and EDIA(D) (Equity, Diversity, Inclusion, Accessibility, and Dignity) Advocate. More details about my professional background can be found here: www.linkedin.com/in/alison-foo/
