However, if the Coach believes the client is at risk of harming themselves or others, appropriate actions will be taken which may involve disclosing information to professional bodies or authorities, as per the legal requirements of the jurisdiction in which the service is provided or the client is located.
The Coach makes no guarantees or warranties, express or implied, about any results to be achieved. The Coach is committed to providing the client with a professional and effective coaching experience, but the success of the coaching engagement depends in large part on the client’s own effort and cooperation.
The client agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Alison Foo/Mind Yourself with Alison against any and all liabilities and expense whatsoever – including without limitation, claims, damages, judgments, awards, settlements, investigations, costs, attorneys fees, and disbursements – which any of them may incur or become obligated to pay arising out of or resulting from the offering for sale, the sale, and/or use of the service.
By engaging the services of Alison Foo/Mind Yourself with Alison, you acknowledge that you have read, understand, and agree to be bound by all the terms of this disclaimer and agree that it is as legally binding as a signed contract.
